Luther College is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Human Resources. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Assistant Director will focus on managing the staff recruitment process and administering employee benefit programs, but will collaborate with the Director on the full range of HR services to advance College goals. Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years human resource experience required. Employee benefit administration and recruitment experience, experience in higher education and certification through SHRM-SCP or HRCI SPHR is strongly preferred. Proficiency with a wide range of computer software tools and HRIS system is also preferred.
