Luther College seeks applications for a 30-hours per week, (.75FTE) benefit-eligible Institutional Research Analyst. This position is responsible for a broad range of activities involving data collection, analysis, and reporting in academic and administrative areas. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in research-related field with strong quantitative data analysis training preferred. Also preferred is at least one-year experience in data analyst position, demonstrated ability to compile data from databases, create data visualizations, administer surveys, compile data, and interpret results. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and be analytical and detail oriented.
