Stewardship and Events Coordinator

Luther College Development Office is seeking a full-time Stewardship and Events Coordinator. The stewardship and events coordinator provides administrative and project management support for programming and events related to donor stewardship, fundraising campaigns, and other aspects of development. Responsibilities will include: manage the Legacy Trust endowed scholarship stewardship programming; assist with donor stewardship communication to members of giving societies, Norse Athletic Association programming, and campaign appeals; and provide administrative support for the Director of Stewardship and the Development office. Associates degree or equivalent experience and two years related professional work experience required. Experience in project management and/or events management preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically mail merges, and an understanding of philanthropy and fundraising practices, goals and strategies are also required. Evening and weekend work may be necessary to support Alumni/Development events.
