Luther College Student Life Office is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant and Coordinator of Student Services. This position manages the Student Life and Wellness office suite; performs general office duties for the Vice President and Dean for Student Life, Associate Dean and Director of Case Management, Assistant Dean and Director of Student Rights and Responsibilities, and Assistant Dean and Coordinator of New Student Initiatives, and the Director of the Nena Amundson Wellness Program. In addition, the Administrative Assistant coordinates a variety of services for students and communications to campus stakeholders, manages a substantial component of case management and student information records such as Advocate including Care reports, Care plans, student follow-up, and the conduct system. High school diploma is required. Additional training in office procedures and word processing necessary. Three to five years of experience in comparable position in exchange for training. Must be self-motivated and able to handle difficult situations as they arise, as well as manage several tasks concurrently. Detail orientation essential.
