STUDENT EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR

Luther College has an opening for a full-time Student Employment Coordinator in the Financial Aid Office. The Coordinator will be responsible for developing and enhancing student work positions as well as coordinating on-campus and off-campus employment according to federal regulations and established College policies. Responsibilities will include; reconcile and monitor student earnings, provide training for student employment supervisors, act as the primary contact person for inquiries from current and prospective students as well as potential employers, and assist with back up for other administrative functions in Financial Aid Office. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelorís degree is preferred. Also required is a minimum of three years administrative or program management experience and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
