Luther College seeks applications for the position of Assistant Director of Residence Life/Area Coordinator. The position is a 10.5 month, live-in position that is responsible for coordinating the student learning and community development program within the residence halls. The Assistant Director will coordinate the training process of 70 student staff members. Duties include supervising seven student staff members, interpreting college policies and procedures, serving as a conduct officer, overseeing the hall budget, and assisting in the on call rotation. Compensation includes housing, food plan, and benefits package. Masterís degree is preferred, bachelorís degree required. Previous residence life experience and an appreciation for the distinctive mission of residential, church-affiliated, liberal arts colleges is strongly preferred.
