Administrative Assistant Student Activities

Luther College seeks a .69 FTE, 30 hours per week, 11-month, administrative assistant to provide support to the Director of Student Activities with regular office tasks. Duties will include general receptionist work, approve advertisements and promotional requests, reserve space, schedule hours, maintain website and Colleague records, and organize the annual activities fair. Some driving will be required. Qualified candidates will have a high school degree and additional training in office procedures and Microsoft Office Suite and a valid driver license is required. Two years’ experience in office setting is preferred.
