Luther College is currently accepting applications for a full-time Housing Coordinator. The Housing Coordinator serves as the office manager for the Residence Life Office and works cooperatively with the Director of Residence Life. The Coordinator interacts extensively with a wide range of constituencies. The position requires well-developed management skills. The individual must be highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and possess effective time management skills. The position also requires excellent interpersonal skills, three to five years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; excellent oral and written communication skills; and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of people. Previous experience in a detailed-oriented, complex, and highly public work environment is preferred. Experience using Word and Excel programs is required.
