Program Coordinator, Music Marketing

Luther College seeks a program coordinator to join the music marketing team to plan, coordinate and promote a variety of Luther College music tours, festivals and special events. Responsibilities include planning, marketing and leading one or two ensemble tours each year; managing an annual Dorian Festival; serving as the operations manager for Christmas at Luther, managing music marketing websites and social media platforms; and coordinating marketing and planning projects with the director and associate director of music marketing. This is a full-time, salaried position. A four-year college degree is required. Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrated ability to manage details and multiple tasks, and a general understanding of web design and social media platforms, ability to travel with 1-2 annual tours. Knowledge of and experience with both choral and instrumental music is preferred.
