Associate Director of Alumni Relations

Luther College is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Alumni Relations. Duties will include: establish programs to strengthen connections among alumni through many stages of their lives; work with alumni and the Career Center to provide experiential learning opportunities; work with alumni and Admissions Office to recruit students and provide support at prospective student events; act as a liaison with the Communications and Marketing team to engage alumni through social media outlets; and implement the Customer Relationship Management software for the Alumni Office. A bachelorís degree and at least three yearsí experience; preferably with volunteer engagement, event planning, and social media is required. Other requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills and general understanding of design and social media platforms. Must have a valid driverís license.
